• “Products” means the drinkware and accessories offered for sale on the Site.
• “Order” means your offer to purchase Products through the Site.
• “Contract” means the agreement formed when we accept your Order (see below).
• “You” means the person placing an Order or using the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an Order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your Order is an offer to buy; a binding Contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the Products. If we cannot fulfil an Order we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and are shown on each product page. The price payable, plus any shipping shown at checkout, is confirmed before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your statement will show the descriptor “HEATECPH STORE”. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country (see the Shipping Policy).

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and your rights to cancel, return or obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

We describe our Products factually, including tested temperature retention times, capacity and materials. Insulated bottles use food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and BPA-free components tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards. Our Products are drinking vessels only. We make no medical, health, purification, mineralisation or antibacterial claims. Temperature performance figures are tested under standard conditions and may vary in real use. Colours may differ slightly from on-screen images.

Do not microwave insulated stainless steel, do not freeze glass or vacuum products, and avoid sudden temperature shocks to glass. Children should be supervised when using drinkware. Follow the care instructions provided with each Product.

All content on the Site — including the Heatecph name, logos, text and imagery — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from a Contract is limited to the price you paid for the relevant Products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your Order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the local law of your country of residence.
